Hi All,

I have completed two years at Level 12 and was not promoted or hike in the recent cycle, receiving only a 5% variable pay. Despite consistently positive feedback, my career progression is stalled. My lead indicated that there are no hike across Accenture. I am seeking advice or perspective on this situation, as I'm unsure of my next steps.
