Does anyone know how much variable pay will get if they joined on Feb 2025, cl 10 level.?
The CTC is something like this:

Joining in Feb 2025 means almost 0 variable. In Accenture variable is delayed, its variable pay for performance till Feb end.

This vp is for sep-feb, since u said u joined in feb may be u might get for 1 month which will be very minimal (1-2k). Or nothing also. You can expect something in next cycle which will be paid in Nov salary
