So for CL11 and above the variable pay will be released by 15-20th may to the leads and then depends on lead when they release it to you the variable pay will be approx 7-8% default as there is no performance to assess before november and it will be pro rata basis example if my base pay is 10000 so from 1st nov to today is 60000 so 7-8% of that
