Trending @Accenture; Variable Pay?

If Variable Pay is 2.5L in CTC.

Considering two payout cycle, it will be split into two part 1.25L each cycle

Considering the performance percentage as 10 %

Accenture variable pay percentage is 21 % of CTC

21 % (VP percentage) 10 % (Performance Percentage)

47.6 % is the percentage difference between VP and Performance percentage

Calculation :

Variable Pay In Hand = (First Pay out) * (Percentage difference between VP Percentage And Performance Percentage / 100)

= 1,25,000 * 47.6/100

= 58,750 ₹

Am I right?

VP 21% means, max variable pay that can be provided(21% of fixed pay)

10 percentage if they are giving means, 10% of Fixed pay they will be giving for the year....

If fixed is 12LPA, then 1,20,000 is what they will give for one year, here payout is done once in 6 months, So 60,000 will be paid in November End and other 60k will be paid in May end...

This 60k is taxable...
