How a variable pay is decided? It's mentioned it will be 0-21% but we dont even get half of it in our account. Any criteria how it is getting decided?

In my account, we get around 15 to 17% out of 21%.

Wow, we only get 10% and are informed it's the highest of all.

VP depends on a lot of things:

  1. Company’s performance
  2. Your performance
  3. Depends on your profile as well
  4. Depends on your skill (if it is a hot-skill may be you get more bonus) Plus other things. Basically there is no matrix that is visible to you.
