Variable pay ?

I never got 100% of my variable pay, is it only in my business unit (UK2.2 BFSI )which is not performing well or it's across TCS ? Anyone received 100% ? Its for employees above C3A.

i got 100% variable pay for few quarters, but since the new CEO came i never got a 100% qvb. im from bfsi us east.
