Trending @Accenture; Variable Pay = Chai, Samosa 🥲

Let's start a variable pay class by keeping L12 in mind. Base pay: 383000 Vp: 8.5% of 383000 = 32555 this vp needs to be divided by 12 to understand per month pay 32555/12 = 2712.2222

•VP is paid twice a year making it (2712 x 6) + (2712 x 6) = 32555

So you must have received the may payout, in November you will receive it for 6months (2712 x 6) = 16277.566 approx

•This 16277 makes 4.25% of base pay

And this is not actually number 4.99%, it must be around 18 or 19k. I hope this is correct, can someone confirm 🙂
