Trending @Accenture; Variable Pay - Year End Result
Hi everyone, I need some clarity on how Accenture handles variable pay.
I joined in November 2024 as a Level 10 Senior Analyst. In May 2025, I received an X amount as variable pay for the Sept–Feb cycle (prorated).
This month, my year-end result showed an X amount, and I received the full payout already. But my Lead said the X amount will be divided into two payouts one half in November and the other half in May.
My question is: Does this mean the full variable pay for the enitre year has been paid out now itself, or should I expect another payout in May ?
Would appreciate inputs from others who have been through the same .
The whole variable pay concept is we get vp twice in an year. lets consider your base pay is 10 lakhs and you got bonus of 10% then 10 % of 10 lakh is 1 lakh right so that 1 lakh will be divided by 2 and you will get 50k in this cycle and the other 50k in the next cycle and in the rewards portal it directly shows like 10% - 50k
