Even if you receive variable pay it will be deducted in you final settlement since you did not complete the financial year.

You have to be with capgemini till end of March. Before that if you put paper they will deduct in your notice period. If you need variable pay, wait till march end and drop the paper

Which date you received the letter and when you paid.

If you resign before 31st March, the amount which they have released in Jan(partial amount) will be taken back as part of final settlements.

But what if my LWD is in April ? If I put the papers in Feb so I will have 90 days notice period time right ? Then my LWD is after March.
