My Annual variable pay is 1,87,500₹. I joined wipro on Aug 21st 2025. I got variable pay of 15,302₹ this pay included 1 month arrear amount too? I can't see it on the payslip. Can someone help with this.

No way. It's not your variable pay. Your pay for this quarter will come two months after the quarter end. Basically, nov end.

Check in MyFinancials--> Salary Slip --> you can see ur detail structure
