Variable is not credited fully
My variable is not credited fully, I discussed with my manager, he has good behaviour. He asked that may come office for 4,5 day in a month is ok, or you can change location at 2 office and swipe the card at general odc at my home town TCS office. I want to know what the things impacted? And really it will really work?
Maybe because you can't even frame a sentence properly.. 🤔
Variable pay is scam in TCS
He is asking you to go back to your hometown and stop worrying about wfo , since he cannot do anything about variable, it is how it is from now on. Resources should consider ctc - variable as their annual remuneration from now on
TCS is becoming worst under this current CEO.. TCS was never like this before. Now Ratan Tata sir also gone and these current idiotic management is ruining the legacy of TCS.
Variable pay for the above C2 depends on unit and individual performance. For C3 grade will not get Full performance bonus.
TCS should think above all these little things, any ways they are not paying full variable also no appraisal
