Variable Component
I have been offered 20 LPA to get retained. How much will be Variable comp ? Grade is C3B.

I think it should be higher. Current variable pay component is 1.5 L in my 12 LPA package. So it would be around 2-2.5 L for 20 LPA. Isn’t it so ?

It should be around 2.5 lakhs in your case as TCS will do one to one mapping of all components of CTC except basic pay

Too low for c3b. It should be minimum 30+.

Ideally 20 LPA is too low for C3B. One of my friend is having same grade with around 33-34 LPA. Do not be concerned for variable component as C3B grade hardly gets 40-50% of actual
