does anyone also feel Accenture variable is actually a scam with our compensation. just to look ctc lucrative while joining.

I think its a scam. They merge the variable pay in CTC and act like they are giving huge CTC. But at the time of receiving the pay, they will give peanuts. Why raising our hopes and kill them at the end ? I know its based on their profits, but it would be nice to not merge with the CTC.
