It’s bit complicated, what I do is will divide my CTC by 2 and calculate from there. Let’s consider if my salary is 10 lakhs and if I am getting bonus of 10% for December cycle, in that case it’s like 10% of five lakhs Which will be 50000 thousand, there are some other factors will come to play, like no of leaves you took during these cycle , but it will be around 50000k
