
Trending @Accenture; Variable Bonus reduce partiality
Last year in may i got 8.5% as variable bonus same as written in joining letter but in dec i only got 4% and other in team 8.5 some got 15% when i ask manger first he ignore After multiple follow up he said as you are earing more and its variable so it can change I told him does my performance is lacking he told no but its variable and it depend on budget and other factor and start ignoring me.
This time also cycle is approaching and from some one i got to know he will give hike to them and not anything for me bez my salary is higher then them as i’m much educated and cleared more round off campus. Don’t know what should i do

That's why I left Accenture I got offer from out side with 100% hike don't stay here,, just work hard on ur self

Switch company, Accenture has become now a toxic place to work in last 2-3yrs, not worth staying and working here

In Accenture it is the same across the project... Manager give more percentage to chimichas only because they only entertain them without doing work...for performers who works and complete tasks on work you will get feedback that budget is less, your package is more, they say you got maximum in the team ideally you get least in the team as they won't show your work to top level...on top level they will purpose that all work done by other aspect you...

I too got 6% last nov, even my profile was stand out from the whole crowd, i had multiple cert, trainings, rewards, P4 proficiency, still others got 15% , they gave me 6%, dont know the reason, but i feel i m one who is from north, other were all southy, and mangers are from south only, that could be ine reason. But i did not feel while working any partiality, but still it reflected in Bonus . God knows

Yeah pathetic, they give 16-19% to somebody and someone getting 5-6% , that's totally not fair, but we cant do anything, this time if it repeats raise this point.
