Vaccine war!!!

AstraZeneca’s Covishield had side effects and the company has accepted it.

Since TCS provided the same to it's employees ( and their family) and made it mandatory to have the vaccine to be compliant to return back to office, is it possible to sue TCS for this? I know it sounds absurd but on legal terms there must be a loophole left by TCS.
