UX designers with 4 YOE, how many personal projectd you have in your portfolio?

@RectangleBro All my projects are web based entreprise products for the credit card industry. If I want to work in IoT domain in comapnies like Samsung, Siemens or in Healthcare comapnies like Philipjs, Siemens Healthlineers, Optum etc, what should I do?

@RectangleBro Personal projects are the only way for me. I haven't designed a single app during my stint at TCS. I was lazy and was in my comfort zone. Plus, the client's projects were such. I am okay with slightly less pay (can compromise by 10-15%) but would prefer to work in the domains I've mentioned. How do I go ahead with this?
