Depends on type of company you are in, doesn’t it ? In a big product based company will say it’s Underpaid, for a service based company more near as per market standards.

Maybe it’s due to the market sentiment right now. If you had posted this question during the COVID time when companies where dishing out money I am sure there would have been more votes for As per the market standards. If you are good at your job, you should expect around that at least period.
