Ux designer Salary

M currently working as an UI UX Design Trainee in a MNC having branch in Dubai USA India. Currently m earning 3LPA and it's been 4 months. How much can i expect in a switch after 6 months? Or should I stay here till I get promoted to UX designer (which will take a year more probably )?
