Usually in MNC 3 years experience necessary!??

Like max job opportunities in( congnizant ,Capgemini , Infosys,MNCs) these companies are starting from 3 years so like I have 2.1 months of experience !! So is it worth applying / asking for referrals as only 2 years of experience and apply for 3 to 5 years of roles !?
