Using job llm for personal projects

So we are given subscription to an extension for vscode in which we have access to all the models (opus ,sonnet, gpt5.3 and what not).

We can also access them in cli via an api key.

what are the chances i can use the api key to use these models in personal pc for personal projects and wont get caught. granted their usage for personal stuff wont even be 1/10th of what i do in actual job.

i bought claude code 20 dollar sub for a week and now its getting finished in half a week, kinda desperate for more tokens :/
