Trending @Accenture; Useless Hike Percentage

The hike % that the organisation has given is useless and of no use at all. I mean 13% to the majority of them? What happens in 13%? And that also after spending like almost 3 years in this organization. Usually hikes are the times where one would look for a higher jump at the next level. And accenture as usual has given just a normal % for name sake. And people at the senior level act clueless as to why people are still leaving even if the company is giving a hike is another joke. He/she themselves knows that such % are really a joke.

Totally shameless! How would you feel if the employees just do the work for just name sake as how you gave hike to them? Please value employees and that too certainly on time or else nobody will even bother to stay back here.
