Hi all, need a suggestion on whether to use all leaves and then resign or get reimbursement in full and final settlement?

Thanks for the response. Any advantage over using it?? As we will get paid even when we use it. I'm not in a hurry to join another company

Definitely reimbursement. Why will you waste leaves when you can get full basic pay for every day you have remaining? If you however have more than 45 days then go ahead and use it. Coz only 45 days of leaves will be encashed. Number of days depends on location though.
