USA Career Aspirations

I am a software engineer with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. My expertise includes C/C++, Linux, AUTOSAR, Android, UDS/CAN/DoIP/SOME/IP, and middleware development for car multimedia infotainment, HMI, and diagnostics. I recently joined TCS as a C3B consultant. My goal is to work with US automotive customers like Ford and General Motors to facilitate a move to the USA. Are there any TCS offshore development centers (ODCs) in Pune that support these customers? What are my chances of securing an onsite position in the USA through these customer projects? I understand that TCS would need to cover my salary as a C3A (assuming a promotion after three years). I am also aware of the requirement to spend two years with the same US-based customer before becoming eligible for an onsite transfer.
