US visa appointment date

Hi, I have an exhibition in April'25. The latest visa appointment date I can see is of Aug'25.

Please help me. I had to move a lot of pieces and be at the right time/place to get this opportunity. Don't want to miss it because of the visa 😅

I've heard that the visa appointment date gets opened randomly and one needs to book the slot. Can anyone pls help me where I can get the latest information for the appointment date or pls let me know if there's any other way.
