US job , permanent remote

Hey guys , I want your opinion recently I received a offer from US company . So they don't have a registered Indian entities , so basically I will sign a unlimited time job contract with them untill I resign or they terminate . They will also not deduct taxes . I have to pay taxes my self to India govt. I would be probably 1st employee in India . Can anyone suggest . is it ok to work in such companies. Please let me know your thoughts on it.

Yes setup a sole prop and get your salary as they will not be an employer of record Don't forget to register for GST and pay your taxes on time Also take a LUT and claim 0 gst due to services export

If the company looks safe, then I'd say sure.
From what you mentioned its a contract role - so ideally this is how most contract or freelance models would work.
