I have worked for indian as well as MNC for 20+ Years now. Due to favouritism and office politics, I was denied US H1B. Less talented and undeserving colleagues were send onsite. I used to feel where so I lack as my name was never even send to lottery. And till date, I always envy ed those who were send Onsite . The Onsite member always showed their colors and I cursed my luck. But, now Trump uncle has done justice. Hope the true deserving will stay in US for whom the Employers will happily pay $100, 000 while the undeserving will now have no option, but to come back and work in India and get paid in INR. Judgement done.
Please correct if I am wrong I got to know that the 1lakh dollars is only for coming years who will get nominate for h1b newly remaining folks who were in us already on h1b it will continue as usual with the previous structures only wrong and unfair happened with the new ones who are interested to go to onsite on h1b
One onsite resource is billed many times much more than his base, minimum 8 9 people can be billed by the amount! What I forecast is less margins leading to less increment and incentives. Bench policy will get affected. Labour IT market will be cheaper as margins and profits are necessary. Boss slow poison.
