I got nominated for the US H1B Visa for 2024-2025. The lottery results came out and my nomination was not selected in the lottery. I talked to my manager, he says that there is a second lottery that happens in August or September and I should wait for it, if it doesn’t work the second time then they will raise Visa for Canada.

I wanted to know if is there really a second lottery happening this year for US H1B Visa? Should I wait for it or request to raise Canada visa immediately?
