I started in 2022 as a fresher hire in the consulting domain, specializing in OSI PI skills. Recently, I got released from project 1 month back and am now struggling to find new opportunities. Despite attending Power BI training and reaching out to other domains for projects, I keep hearing that there are no openings.

Additionally, I'm not getting opportunity outside for OSI PI roles either. I'm feeling quite depressed about this situation. What should I do next?"

Please switch if you are getting opportunities. Why wait when you are getting something handy and ready for you. Plus you would get a good hike too. 2 yrs is still a good time to switch.
