Trending @Accenture; <Urgent>Serving Notice Period

I am working on all my assigned tasks every day, but my manager is toxic. He often gets angry, and I don't know why. It's a new project for me, and even though I'm trying my best to deliver, I am getting escalations almost daily, sometimes even from the client. What impact can this have on me, and what actions might they take?

Also i miss office 2 weeks but rest weeks i went 2 days any action on this ?

Talk to the manager that this is new work for you will take time, do it as per your leisure and don't stress. If client asks tell them the same, there is no impact on your exit don't worry. And people who are not on notice aren't going to office you can skip nothing will happen

Is it mandatory to go to office on notice period? Because I have seen a policy where it says it will trigger termination Mail if we don’t do to office. And my joining is in November so i don’t want any risk. please let me know.

I haven't seen a case where people are terminated for not visiting to office. So chill nothing will happen. Also why is it an issue if you are getting released early, it's a good thing enjoy the break, you need it. The way you live in constant fear you definitely need to relax a bit buddy

Stay away for sometime then go online. Slowly reduce your dependency. Respond after 10-20mins. Try to take 1-2 day of sick leave if required and prepare well for interviews. Already you have decided to move on then why should you work and get escalation? You should spend your time for interview preparation..
