YOE-4.4 years,married recently. TCS PACKAGE 7.2 LPA ONLY location - Bangalore Debt - 5 Lakh (Loan)
I am currently tagged in worst project where I am just dragged to office for 9 hours and work is totally of no learning. Shifts are rotational and my debt and expenses are not able to make myself concentrate on what skill should I need to update. Not able to enjoy nor able to study as package is low. TCS is my second org but I have done mistake by joining this company so early as they are not ready to change my location as well.I am single child so parents are also getting older and I am feeling low, stucked, and worried 1600km away from parents.
Please help me the right path so come out of debt and expenses and I want to learn something but not able to make myself know what should I learn in this rotational shift .
First of all, are your parents sick/disabled or dependent on you financially?? If not then stop being worried. Parents live alone once their kids grow up, that's just how life is.
And since you are married, you aren't alone. You have your partner with you. Doesn't your partner work as well?
In my opinion, you married way too early (irrespective of your gender)
As for skills, you should try out a couple of things, you will find some domain which will be of your interest. Concentrate and focus for 3 months.

What is your skill set? Try going into EPM domain. Packages are rocket there. There will be a six months learning window. But post that no looking back. Big 4 will fight over you. If possible give an indication of who you are and you can connect with me.
Since starting of my career I am working in support project so could not grasp much hands on. I am learning Python from last month and have some Azure Devops knowledge.
Apart from that my last org gave bash scripting automatik work..
May be it's my mistake that I had taken this call late .
Whats past is past. No point regretting it. Python and aws are also good technology. Work hard.

Yea I understand but sometimes guidance is needed as I am feeling that I am not able to get the calls thats why I looked for guidance here.

This_is_fine , your reply is not fine, he literally asked for guidance and you make some effort to understand it before replying, even Steve jobs broke down and he required guidance and help at some point.
Bro, first of all, if things are not in your control, you need to calm down and belive in yourself, you have done switch before, it's just a matter of time and some efforts for you to switch again. Build yourself and wait for the right time,. Always remember, when it rains it pours.
Try to clear WINGS nd there may be some incentive rise..
Use TCS learning platforms like linkedin learning, Udemy business, iEvolve and also microsoft azure cloud certificate vouchers. Make yourself a certified professional and the opportunities will come to you.
Hope you rise and shine. Spend 4hrs( 2hrs in the morning and 2hrs the night before sleep).
And if you need confidence in the basics. 1 course you can rely on. Mastering the coding interview + data structures and algorithms. This is one fine course to understand the basics and boost confidence.
