URGENT URGENT! Are there any internal projects available remotely or Hyderabad location .
I have resigned, and my LWD is on 23rd May. I don't have an offer in my hand. I asked HR for resignation withdrawal, but HR told I should get the project before the 22nd may , or else I should go as per LWD, they can not revoke itseems..I didn't even get the calls in RMG in past 50 days.. Looking for test manager or test lead kind of role 12 years of exp in manual testing. TIA

With your experience the issue would be the Notice Period of TCS and gaps in your resume. Do reach out to a professional and get your resume plus linked in profile and other profiles updated. There are good paid talent hunters out there who can help you with that. Is it costly yes but the RoI is really good.
TCS is on a cutting streak. Chance of RMG getting you on a Project is also slim. There are strict orders in place to reduce cost and that's through ofcourse reduction of headcount. Don't panic just yet. Go ahead and apply rapidly but if you aren't getting calls I think you should review your resume and your application. There would be gaps.

Without offers in current scenario why did you resign , you are into test manager role and not into dev end as well . Reach out to rmg right away
Chance is slim and I don't think the person would have done it intentionally maybe some unfair practices lead to their leaving of the previous project. Let's see.
I joined into tcs 1st project 2.5 years day and night no weekends no holidays from there moved to new project in June 2024 to April 2025 complete toxic no weekends no holidays daily stretch project in red and made delivery of debit cards again credit card started same continues health effected badly .I am the one who need to available always.i had project management exp also
