
Notice period Issue
I got a offer letter from one company.. Earlier I told them notice period is negotiable 60days(official 90 days)... Now They have mentioned 30 days joining only on letter. What to do in this situation.. my interviews went well.
My current company requires a 60-day notice period, but I mentioned 30 days to the new employer during the interview process. I’ve completed all interview rounds and am waiting for the offer, but now I’m unsure how to come clean about the actual notice period. Is there a better way to handle this situation?

nothing will happen. I don't think they will withdraw the offer. Unless one is really unlucky. Its just you have hear nonsense speech from the rangoli team. They know which company has 1 month NP, which have 3.. We cannot lie under most cases.
60 days should be fine. Unless they find someone for cheap.
