Insurance, if paid full. You can avail the insurance even though you left the organisation. It's insurance, it's valid for the FY. Many of us think, once we leave, previous company insurance is null and void, it's not the case.

No, it's not valid. I checked with corporate HIS, and they clearly told untill last day of TCS only it works .My last date is 23rd May and they looted me 1 lakh 20 thousand I only need to pay more 13k to TCS .I literally felt very bad becoz I left without job and taught this money I can servive untill I get job

Really, can you double check since you have paid the full premium amount for the year for your parents.

I understand your pain.

But, TCS is paying the annual premium to the insurance provider as per associate's HIS Status on 1 April.
Associate maybe splitting premium (4/8) amount as per his selection made in the system, which is totally a company policy taken to help associates. Since, the insurance provider takes the entire amount, it's getting recovered from the associate's F&F.

But for platinum, 1.24 is very huge
