How much I need to payout to buyout 34 days notice period is it calculate as per basic pay or as per fixed annual pay .

If someone could calculate things for me. What amount I get in fnf

Earned leave = 38 days Shortfall days =34 days Annual fixed income = 460000 Basic pay per month =15000

Please someone calculate for me it's urgent so I can plan accordingly please help out i don't have formulas to calculate these things.

Yes it's strict extension not possible as it's government job and you know If I ask extension then how much time it take next time to give me jointing

Shortfall days: Fixed annual pay / 365 * no of shortfall days In your case: 46000/365*34
