Urgent Suggestion Needed

I have joined tcs in 1st October 2024.From very next day I was allocated to an account.RMG asked me to not attend any other calls as I am an EP employee. So waited for interview calls and client evaluation.4 months I was kept like this without teams any chat, no office laptop, no odc.My account team asked me to prepare for client evaluation.Somehow able to crack 1 out of 3 . Later stage when I started mailing supervisor and account HR i got released to another account. Got allocation for 1 month, got some personal emergency took leave for 1 week notifying RMG and supervisor. On the very first day of my joining office they kept urgent internal evaluation and rejected without allowing me to appear for client round. Now RMG is saying u have been released from 2 accounts.This will be the last account if they release you again for any reason. HR will have meeting and ask to resign .Can somebody help on this . As I am very new to TCS and client evaluation things..please help me with correct inputs.what should I do. I am in automation functional testing area with 8 years experience.not receiving calls
RMG sucks. they just want less people on bench, which is right anyway. But by making false statements is not good even not professional as well. Just take your time, not to worry. They may pressurise you but don't fall in trap. Whatever rmg asks to do , ask them same in written on email.
Try to get a good project and perform in that project well
