Trending @HCL; Urgent suggestion

I am in really bad situation . One of my friend has resigned and she will go on 10th dec. She has no further plans. We both worked together from last 2 yrs. And I can imagine to work without her even I am not feeling to do anything. I want her to stay back even tried to discuss with rm but seems they don't want to reatain her. I can't able to think.
