Urgent request how I can avail wfh from tcs
I am genuinely suffering from chronic back pain and diabetes from past 3 years. It is becoming very difficult to commute in potholes equipped roads throughout Bangalore. I keep on suffering from back pain immensely and getting demotivated to work. I have huge personal responsibilities since I’m a mom of 4 yrs old kid and I feel I am failing everyone i love . A simple wfh can literally change my life I can extend whenever needed at ease of my home and also full fill other responsibilities and get better with my back Pain and chronic illness. I was a very happy person earlier but because of all these all together I feel I’m getting into depression. Kindly advise how can I get wfh if there are any options. Please don’t ignore and respond my query
Goto hospital to check your health complications and prepare the health documents and ask for medical exception in GESS ->my profile ->2office exception -> medical exception. Before this talk with your manager and delivery partner then tell the delivery partner to help in this issue... HR will ask for your report just send through email
I contacted the HR and shared all my medical documents with her. She discussed with the OHD doctors and got exceptional approval for wfh. It will be reverted every month and extension can be provided.
If you are not well and have medical documents then you can apply medical reason in exception. It will go HR who will forward to tcs doctors for verification.
There is a new category under flexible work options for personal exigencies but it's not mentioned in the policy document yet. Flexible work options will require Delivery partner approval email to be provided to the HR. After which it goes to ultimatix supervisor. You can take upto 30 days per exception request.
