Urgent referral for a friend

One of my friends have been laid off and he is not able to get any suitable job even with 18 years of proven track record and competence with tech giants. Tried all source and means but he has reached a dead end. It’s been close to 6 months.

Requesting people here to help, if they can refer for Sr Manager /exit level Manager role for Order to Cash (AR) or Revenue Accounting roles. eCTC 45 LPA +
