Trending @Accenture; Urgent: Put me in PIP as i resigned
I resigned in March and they have put me in PIP, today (1-4-2025) despite I have delivered the highest number of points, resolved most of the issues, took the initiative in the major tasks and provided KT to the team, and helped the team. Recently got the client appreciation, Pinnacle Award in Individual category. Will it affect me if I want to come back again? And are there any consequences because of this. Can someone please reply please
The thing is every project has the pressure to send someone to pip by upper management so the manager in order to not discourage others will pick someone on notice period
Pip is very common these days in Accenture. Either you put paper or ask for roll off, they just do that by june /july and use employee as scapegoat for pip. You have resigned so it should not bother you considering you move out before june else raise a grievance with all the evidence
What if i am in pip and giving less marks for writing the correct answers also anyway they will give overall -ve result. and i resign its almost i resigned on 20th March and now they are telling me to continue in pip we cannot cancel it in between but they have accepted the resign so what to do now. My pip will end on 8th April & if i stay with my notice period i will have 1 year EXP. and will they force resign me anyway i’ve put my papers right?? Any answer?? Please

Yes it will affect , I will suggest to raise a incident and loop the top ones in hirarchy any ways you will not be able to rejoin Accenture again in future. There are so many useless people sitting in Accenture leadership, SMs and ADs utter wastes . They will ruin anyone’s career for their ego
