Trending @Capgemini; URGENT!!. Poor Rating

Hi all, I received feedback and it shows "needs improvement" and I am on bench. I am afraid will I be able to clear it and IJP, who should I talk to, manager or RMG and what should I discuss. I am in APAC non tech role and was there for just 4 months and since senior were not happy with performance they put me on bench a month ago. I took transfer myself from Bsv to APAC. Request your guidance and assistance.
