Trending @Cognizant; Urgent !! Please help..

Hello all, I need your help. I have resigned from cognizant , but my manager himself said that he can get me early release, so I accepted that happily. My manager mailed to all the higher authorities and got my early release approved.

But now what's scaring me is that , at the end during fnf , will cognizant HR ask me to buy out the notice period ? Will I have to pay the pending notice period time ?

Edit : my manager btw also asked me to drop him an email that I am looking for an early release. After that he got it approved.

There won't be any issue, cognizant already releasing people on bench. HRs has to complete the target and you were easy target for them.

No, its cognizant who initiated early release. You won't have to pay anything to cognizant however in fnf pay you will receive amount till your actual last working day not till the date mentioned in email. Not sure but you should receive a new email mentioning your new last working day.

Yes I have received an email where my lwd is updated now. But I am scared .. in the end will they deny the fact that cognizant was the one who initiated early release and if they demand money in that case what will I do ?😔

They won't. Don't freak out. Enjoy the fact that you are out of here.😁
