If I leave a project in July and join a new one, how will my performance appraisal be handled? I heard that we need to complete at least 6 months in a project to be eligible for a PA. Right now, one-on-ones are happening in my project for the performance appraisal. I really want to switch projects due to the excessive micromanagement and lack of interest in the area of work.
Will the new manager take feedback from the previous project into account?

Sadly it's a cannot say anything question , because usually feedback should be passed on but it depends on your managers... I think it's better to stay in ur current project as DEC if God bless us will be an increment cycle and change project after december
