Urgent Off boarding process
My last working day is tomorrow 31-Dec-2024. The aligned separation manager is not at all cooperative. I have submitted all the required documents but the manager hv not approved it yet. I didn’t received any off boarding call as well. Manger is not replying to my messages on teams, watsapp nor receiving my calls. I have to submit my laptop tomorrow and I hv no clue at what location I hv to submit it ? Does her approval on mail will impact my clearance or FNF??? Where should I submit my laptop as my base location was Mumbai but I got transfer to Pune. The IS team told me I can submit it to Quadra II Hadapsar. Please suggest me if anyone can help please revert ?????
You should have reacted early on this, but you still have time. get the clearance from 1.library 2.IS 3.Admin team. If possible get the email from the IS team after submitting the laptop.
Reach the office (your base location)
As you already stated that you have submitted the documents you mean checklist right?
If you already forwarded the checklist to SO then this 3 things are pending.

Go to the library or email to the library head (you will get the clearance) (in many cases this clearance not required depends on the separation officer) forward the email to the separation officer (SO)

Submit the laptop with a bag mouse charger (will take 15 to 20 min if there is no queue). Get the acknowledgement on email and forward it to the separation officer.

Admin clearance you don't have to worry about just submit your ID Card in the Admin office. They will notify the Separation officer.
