Urgent: Need Refferal, want to quit ASAP because of repeated harrasment from client

Hi Everyone,

I would really appreciate it if someone could refer me. I feel like I've reached my breaking point after being screamed at by the client and constantly demeaned—despite working until 4-5 AM on some days to fix issues assigned to others. Unfortunately, certain team members always seem to have an excuse to take leaves whenever things get escalated.

I have two years of experience as a technical resource in Oracle Fusion ERP, having worked on four projects—three of which are still ongoing. However, I have no work-life balance and receive no appreciation from management.

If anyone can refer me, I would be extremely grateful.
