Hi I need insights from all, I am a java developer in cognizant as pa with 2.2 years exp, my ageing almost completed, I got selected in botree software international pvt Ltd with 6.2LPA fixed, is it ok to move on? Yet I didn't resigned, I have to join in sep 25th, whether they can release me earlier if I put resignation?

Check with your poc or HR policies for early release. consider discussing an early exit with your manager to ensure a smooth transition. Usually on bench they give early release
