Urgent need advice! Does Accenture Match offer?

Have an offer of 15+5 LPA from Accenture (Level 9). Also received offer of 19+2 LPA from Publicis Sapient (Senior Associate). Will Accenture Match the offer or give any counter value? Accenture team seems to have good Culture here so inclined to join but compensation is an issue. Notice period ends soon so need to make a decision.
