Urgent: Looking for Immediate Project Allocation Before Friday

I’m actively looking for any project allocation before Friday to avoid forced resignation. I have 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP and am open to immediate onboarding or short-term assignments. If anyone knows of any urgent openings or shadow opportunities, I’d truly appreciate your support.

Thanks in advance for any leads or guidance.

Use ULTIMATIX GREVIENCE PORTAL RIGHT NOW.. Name everyone from the management in your last project who failed to give allocation.. This is Malpractice ..

Who will force you and why ?

I’m on the bench right now, but the reason for that is — I worked for 6 months on a project without formal allocation due to internal mismanagement. Now, instead of acknowledging that contribution, I’m being asked to resign by rmg or face an “unprofessional remark” in my experience letter. So technically it's not a direct force, but a pressured situation — which I’m trying to handle calmly by finding a project ASAP.

You should have asked for allocation, one of my friend was also in the same situation but he forced the project manager to allocate him

Ask your manager to give allocation or try to get any project which RMG give.
