Trending @Cognizant; URGENT!!! IS PROMOTION ELIGIBLE????? PlS ADVICE
Hi Guys,
I have joined cognizant in year june 2022 as PAT .. post that became PA.. and in july 2024 I got released from project due to Ramp down. My 2023 rating is 3 and now I have been to new project at Sep 2024 post bench period.
As I have completed 2 years also,, but released from the project though working hard. Now can I ask promotion from PA to A in this new project or I have to again prove my efficiency here for a year. And later I need to ask for promotion.?????
These guys utilizing my overtime work ,, and later releasing without promotion. Utter bullshit
It doesn't matter how hard you work in project. Some will get the promotion even at 3 rating. All depends on your manager and higher level BU leads. You can still ask your manager to nominate your name for this quarter nothing wrong in that. Always keep in touch with your manager.follow the RTO compliance and complete skill up courses.
As I’m new to this project and been only a month..can I ask promotion? Pls confirm..
