Trending @Cognizant; Urgent Information needed on External certificate reimbursement

Hi All, I’m looking for some guidance regarding my External certification reimbursement. I received approval from my manager and senior manager, but the request is still pending at the Project Manager(ESA) level despite multiple follow-ups through email and Teams.

Since the reimbursement request might expire soon. could you please suggest how to escalate or proceed further? In addition to this I asked my manager to provide HR details, he also denying to give. I am not finding any routes to solve this

Any suggestions or contacts who can help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance

Also what will be the process for certification reimbursement?

After getting permission to submit reimbursement from M and M+ level managers. We need to go in Traval and expense report portal from One C and we have to provide proper details like Certification softy copy, Invoice and bank statement. It will go to PM(ESA) for approval

You will get HR details only from your Manager. Loop your M & SM in mail chain alonng with ESA PM. If required include hired management and send daily reminders

There will be separate HR for each department. For CIS, sandeep nair is the senior HR.

I am from QA Domain capability(Health Care) dept.. When I asked my Home manager to provide HR details, he is not even considering to give the details
